Applicability of Policy
By placing an order on the House Of Tanvi website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
House Of Tanvi reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically before placing an order.

Exchange & Return Window
We offer a 7-day exchange window, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a pickup for an exchange or return.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Items sent back without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Exchanges or Returns
To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Item must be returned with all original tags attached
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• Product must be in fully saleable condition
• No stains, perfume smells, deodorant marks, or damages should be present
• The product must match our order records
• Proof of purchase must be provided
All returned items will undergo a Quality Check (QC) once received at our warehouse.
House Of Tanvi reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that fails the quality inspection.
Products returned in unsellable condition will be sent back to the customer.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping
Once a return or exchange request is approved:
• A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours through our logistics partner.
• Two pickup attempts will be made.
If both pickup attempts fail, the customer will need to ship the item back to our warehouse at their own cost.
Reverse pickup service depends on serviceability of your pin code. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will be required to courier the product to our warehouse themselves.
House Of Tanvi is not responsible for products lost or damaged during customer-arranged return shipping. Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service and share tracking details with our team.

Exchanges
If your exchange request is approved:
• The exchanged product will be shipped after the returned item successfully passes QC.
• Exchange delivery typically takes 7–10 working days after QC approval.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may:
• Exchange for another available product, or
• Receive store credit in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the transaction amount.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
• Store credit equal to the transaction value will be issued. (Minus the shipping charges which includes forward as well as reverse pickup charges)
• The credit will be provided as a coupon code, which can be used to place a new order on our website.
Please note:
• Monetary refunds are not offered unless explicitly approved by House Of Tanvi.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Coupon Code Terms
• Store credit coupons are redeemable only on the House Of Tanvi website
• Coupons cannot be converted to cash
• Coupons are non-transferable
• Coupons cannot be refunded once issued

Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellations are not permitted.
Customers are requested to carefully review their cart and order details before completing the purchase.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
To process such requests, customers may be asked to provide:
• Clear photographs of the issue
• Packaging images
• An unboxing video
Claims submitted without adequate proof may not be eligible for resolution.
Our team will evaluate the concern and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Abuse Protection
House Of Tanvi reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns from customers demonstrating patterns of excessive returns, wardrobing, or misuse of the return policy.
Products showing signs of wear, including perfume smells, makeup stains, washing, alterations, or visible usage will automatically fail quality inspection.

For high-value orders or orders containing multiple items, House Of Tanvi reserves the right to review exchange or return requests based on order history, product condition, and verification checks.
Additional verification may be required before approving such requests.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
• Made-to-measure or custom garments
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items
• Products purchased using promotional or discount codes
These items are considered final sale.
