At House of Tanvi (HOT), every piece is crafted with precision and passion. Delivering it to you follows the same ethos. We understand the anticipation, hence we ensure each package is delivered seamlessly, giving you an experience that matches our brand’s essence.

Delivery Timeframe: 

In the world of couture, perfection takes time. We humbly request your patience as we prepare your order, ensuring it fits just right. Expect your order within 7-15 business days. 

Payment Palette: 

To accommodate your preferences, we accept online transactions.

Price & Tax: 

The amount you see is the complete picture - encompassing all taxes as per prevailing government norms. Should these norms evolve, our prices will reflect the change.

 

Address Alters: 

Should you wish to change the destination of your delivery, please inform us before your order is packed. Once it's wrapped in our signature packaging, we won't be able to redirect it.

 

Delivery Costs: 

For our patrons opting for prepaid orders or Cash on delivery (COD), delivery is our treat. For all our patrons, we offer free delivery.

Global Deliveries: 

HOT's elegance knows no borders. We gladly accept international orders. 

- Cost: A standard fee of INR 5000 ensures your order reaches any global destination. 

- Returns & Exchanges: We regret that international orders cannot be returned or exchanged. 

- Additional Costs: Customs duties and taxes, as determined by your country, are the patron's responsibility. Once the order reaches you, exchanges or returns are not possible.

 

Exchange Elegance: 

While returns aren't part of our offerings, we do understand the occasional need for an exchange. 

- Size Swap: Should you require a different size, we will gladly accommodate. 

  • Process: To begin, please reach out to us using whatsapp or call on the given number at +91 8469701010. We will book a reverse pickup for you with our logistics partners and they will get the order picked up from your location in the 48 hours after initiating the reverse pickup.
  • Once The item is reverse picked, and reaches us, the item goes under QC, and should be in a sellable condition.
  • If the QC is approved, we will ship your exchange item with a fresh AWB.

- Duration: Any exchange request should be made within 7 days of the receipt.

Damaged Deliveries: 

At HOT, meticulous inspections ensure each piece is pristine. However, should you receive a piece less than perfect, inform us within 7 days. 

- Criteria: We cannot accommodate returns due to color perceptions. Ensure the piece is unwashed, unworn, and in its original state with all labels. 

- Procedure: After we receive the piece, it'll be inspected and, if approved, the exchange process will commence. 

- Exchange Costs: Rest easy, the delivery of your exchanged piece is on us. However, each piece can only be exchanged once. 

- Report: Should you receive a damaged item, please connect within 2 days with images and details at contact@houseoftanvi.com
